RETURN UPDATE AS OF 11/8/23

We are so thankful you have decided to shop The Daily! If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email customerservice@thedaily.com with your order number and details on why you are returning.

RETURN POLICY 

Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Your store credit will be in the form of an E-gift card. Each E-gift card will expire one year after the original issue date. Exchanges are subject to availability of replacement items and will default to a store credit if not available. 

Returns & Exchanges must be received within 10 calendar days of the delivery date. Any items received after 10 calendar days will not be accepted & will be shipped back to buyer.

 

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Free of odors and stains (perfume, smoke, makeup, deodorant, etc.)
  • Free of animal hair/fur
  • Within the date range specified for eligible returns
  • All returned items must be in original with all tags attached. 

FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE/COUPONS

  • Items market "SALE" or "CLEARANCE" are not eligible for returns.
  • Items purchased with a coupon code (except first-time purchase coupons) are not eligible for returns. 
  • BODYSUITS, JEWERLY, HATS, SHOES

Allow up to 7 business days for processing returns and issuing E-gift card.

Any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies will be shipped back.

Customer will be responsible for fees of shipping item(s) back to us. The Daily is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, any lost, stolen or untraceable shipments. Please use a carrier service that provides a tracking number to ensure a safe delivery.
